The Hollywood Wing rooms are super spacious with beautiful decoration, super clean, and well set up. However, guests felt overcharged for the hotel car and noted that the water pressure in the shower was weak.

The service was exceptional, especially the front of house team who went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The location was ideal for exploring the Karen area of Nairobi, making our weekend peaceful and easy. The hotel is located in the Karen area of Nairobi, about 35 minutes from the international airport. The rooms are exactly as described, with high vaulted ceilings and high-end accommodations, spacious, well-appointed, and thoughtfully laid out. The service is very friendly and helpful, offering assistance beyond expectations. The dining experience at Hemingways is delightful, with a variety of choices to enjoy. However, the price can be on the higher side for some visitors.
